  1. Prequalification will be conducted in accordance with the PPDA procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement & Disposal of Assets Act 2003 (Amended).
  2. You may obtain further information from Kyambogo University Main Building and Inspect the Prequalification documents at the address in 7   from 8:00am to 5:00Pm on working days.
  3. A Complete set of Prequalification document may be purchased by interested bidders on the address below 7  and upon payment of non-refundable fee of 50,000/= (Fifty thousand shillings only) per item applied for to stanbic bank account No 0140059533001 then obtain a receipt from the University Cashier and pick the Document from PDU 1st Floor Main administration Block. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
  4. Prequalification submission must be delivered to the address below in no. 7 and registered at or before 12: 00 Noon on 27/03/2015. The bids sealed in envelopes must indicate the name of the bidder, subject of item applied for and the item Code as well as the address of the bidder. Late submissions shall be rejected.
  5. Prequalification documents shall be inspected, issued and delivered to Procurement & Disposal Unit 1st Floor Main Administration Block.
  6. Address & Opening of Bids: Main Hall East End near the Barclays Library.
