kakindaAdrian has four years’ experience in development work in the field of counselling psychology, administration, training counsellors, monitoring and evaluation, research, knowledge management and learning. Adrian has a good understanding of ministry of health, ministry of education and sports data collection tools and livelihood initiatives for vulnerable communities.

 He is a co-founder of Health School Support Foundation (HSSF) an NGO that oversees the comprehensive health issues in schools and communities in EAST Africa. He provides capacity building, training in counselling field to all the beneficiaries and has the initiative of continuing with teaching or training career of counsellors, psychologists and social workers in high institutions of learning.

Adrian is energetic, result oriented and self-motivated person with an aim of achieving the best value goals and striving to attain experience in a competitive environment. He joined the psychology department in 2017 after graduating with Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and counselling (Kyambogo University) in 2015 and since then she has gotten involved in a number of activities that include teaching and conducting tutorials, supervising students practical work, setting and marking of tests, coursework’s and examinations, attending psychology conferences with her students with the first class honours degree. He is a student of Masters of counselling Psychology (Kyambogo University) and part of the team that developed the “psychology and African culture summer course”

He is competent with communication, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), Organizational action planning and policy Development and Computer Proficiency skills.

Adrian is looking forward to developing his capabilities and taking his career and skills to the next level.
